1. What we collect
When you use Setyok we process the information you give us directly: your email address, a password you choose (stored securely), and any OAuth connections you authorize such as GitHub or Google. We also record activity necessary to run the service: your tool access periods, credit balance and transactions, and connection metadata for requests made to you API endpoints.
2. Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate you, enforce access and billing on tools, process credit purchases and renewals, keep the service secure, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Passwords and tokens
Passwords are hashed before storage and never stored in plain text. API tokens used to authenticate tool requests are shown only at creation and stored in a form that lets us verify them without exposing the token. Connected third-party credentials are encrypted at rest.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by an external payment provider (Stripe). We never store your full payment card details. Payment provider references needed for billing history may be retained by us.
5. Data shared with tools
The tools you connect to (for example GitHub) receive data you authorise them to act on, including your connected account credentials scoped to each MCP. Tool requests are routed through your unique token, and the underlying provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to that data as well.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for cross-site marketing.
7. Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal or billing obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where practical, by email.
