1. Agreement
By signing up for or using Setyok, you agree to these Terms. If you use Setyok on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on that organization's behalf.
2. Credits and billing
Setyok uses a prepaid credits system. You buy credits in packages, and each tool call consumes credits as described on the store pages. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged except where required by law.
3. Free credits
New accounts may receive a starter balance of free credits as described on the signup page. We may change or withdraw this offer at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service: no attempts to evade billing, resell access without permission, probe or overload our systems, use tools for unlawful purposes, or submit content you lack the right to submit.
5. Availability
We work to keep Setyok available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific response times for any tool. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or violations of these Terms.
6. Cancellation
You can stop using Setyok at any time. Unused credits remain on your account and can be used later. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We do not provide refunds for credits already consumed or for partial billing periods except where required by law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setyok and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where practical, by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
